Build Once. Scale Better. is a guided Zoho CRM build experience designed to help small business owners create a practical CRM foundation they can actually use — without trying to figure it all out alone.

During the in-person build day, participants will work inside Zoho CRM using a provided foundational structure. You’ll learn how to build and adjust key parts of the system, including contact management, a basic 4-step sales pipeline, task and follow-up reminder workflows, email templates, and one booking link.

This is not a full Zoho One implementation or an advanced custom automation build. The goal is to leave with a usable CRM foundation, a clearer follow-up process, and a better understanding of how to keep improving your system over time.

The experience includes support before, during, and after the workshop, including a private prep session the week before and a private optimization session the week after.

A Zoho CRM or Zoho One subscription is required and is not included in the program cost. If you need an account, Hilary can provide a referral link. If you already have an account, she’ll send a partner request so you can be added to her Zoho client partner list for support during and beyond the program.
