Your use of castroco.net (“Site”), contact of us through the Site, booking of packages, or access to resources or information from the Site (collectively, “Services”) indicates your understanding of and agreement to Castro & Co. LLC’s (“Castro”) Privacy Policy (“Policy”). If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions (linked below) (“Terms”) or Policy[SB1] , DO NOT continue using this site. This Policy is subject to change by Castro at any time without prior written notice in Castro’s sole discretion.
1. Definitions

This may include names, email addresses, birthdates, employment identification numbers, other identification numbers, financial information, or contact information.

c. PII, Proprietary Information, and unprotected information which you may enter into Our Site, which we use for the Services, or which we collect as part of Your Use of the Site or Services, shall collectively be referred to as “Information.”

a. In order to purchase packages, access resources, or access other Services on our Site, You may be asked to enter PII, Proprietary Information, or other information, including: your name, e-mail address, phone number, name of business, email address of business, and/or payment information.
b. Our Squarespace domain host uses cookies to collect Information from You. You must clearly and unequivocally accept the use of cookies before Squarespace will collect any of your Information. (2) To book and reserve your calls, appointments, and Services;

f. Castro does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Information unless you provide clear and unequivocal written permission. This does not include Castro’s website hosting partners, security advisors, and other parties who assist Castro in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, such as those identified in section (e) above.
g. Castro may release Your Information in order to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect Castros’ or others’ rights, property, or safety. If the Information to be released is PII or Proprietary Information, Castro will notify You in advance of the provision of Information so that you may have a commercially reasonable opportunity to object to our provision of Information.
h. Castro may use Your Information for marketing, advertising, or other purposes. To the extent that Castro sends You newsletters or correspondence using Your Information, You may request to stop receiving or unsubscribe from any correspondence which is not required for your receipt of Services from Castro.
i. California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) requires commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:
i. Users can visit our site anonymously;
ii. Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page;
iii. Our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy” and can easily be found on the home page;
iv. Users will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page and home page; and
v. Users can change their personal information by e-mailing us at or by directly communicating through the forum system with any of our listed administrators.
vi. If a data breach occurs, Castro will notify all affected users via e-mail and with a notice on our website as soon as commercially reasonable.
3. Protecting Your Information
Our website is scanned by a third-party malware scanner on a regular basis for security issues and known vulnerabilities to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
Your Information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep information confidential. In addition, none of your financial information is kept by Castro.
You may have a right to verify what information Castro has on file for You and, if appropriate, Your business. If you do not have current Services or a contract with us, you have the right to request that we delete all of Your Information. You may submit either of these requests on our “Contact” page with the subject line “Information Request”. If your request or contact does not have this subject line, we cannot fulfill your request and shall not be held responsible for any failure to do so. Castro will respond to a properly titled request within sixty (60) days. We cannot delete any information if someone has outstanding Services. We reserve the right to delay fulfilling Your Request in order to fulfill Our business, legal, or accounting needs or obligations, so long as we notify you of the anticipated delay.
